Our services are targeted to reach mainly most vulnerable individuals and communities, through establishing strategic partnerships with government, individuals and other public and private institutions to promote volunteerism, youth and elderly engagement in supporting initiatives related to our four key strategic areas namely, through:

i. Provision of direct support to identified vulnerable individuals and groups
ii. Provision of information and guidance that help to address the need of individuals and groups
iii. Supporting education and career counselling especially to youths
iv. Facilitation of linkage and referral services to other service providers for services not directly offered by Partnership for Change
