Partnership for Change (P4C) is an organization registered in Tanzania with the main aim of providing support to vulnerable individuals and communities to address their pressing needs, without discrimination of their religion, race, sex, tribe etc. The headquarters for P4C are in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (East Africa).

We give older people voice by establishing mechanism for them to share their concerns on issues that affect them and the society in general. We collect their opinions and share them with key decision makers. We strengthen the capacity of older people councils so that they can best represent interests of older people.
